  • Begin by uninstalling the RD service if it is already installed on your system.
  • Next, download the RD service again from the home page DigiPayDownload website,
  • Extract the software from the downloaded zip file, then right-click on the morpho RD service software to initiate the installation process.
  • To ensure proper installation, unplug and plug in the device once again. You should receive a pop-up message prompting the update of the RD service.
  • Once the RD services have been successfully updated, you can launch the DigiPay application without any interruptions.

What should I do if I see a “User unknown” message while using DigiPay services?

Encountering a “User unknown” message indicates that your CSC ID has recently been created but is not yet activated on DigiPay.
